Infrared saunas have several health benefits such as cardiovascular health, detoxification, relaxation, muscle recovery & immune system activation.

Ice bath benefits include reduced muscle soreness, faster physical recovery, improved circulation, and boosted mood through endorphin release. Cold water immersion may also increase alertness, help manage stress and anxiety, and stimulate the immune system.

Red Light Therapy is a wellness treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate your body’s natural healing processes.
