These retreats include offerings such as a tea ceremony, welcome circle, slow flow yoga, a nutritious lunch, restorative yoga, crystal bowl sound bath, yoga nidra & a closing circle.
TEA CEREMONIES
Immerse yourself in a practice of mindfulness, meditation, and community through Tea in ceremony.
This offering can be experienced in my tea sanctuary in Eltham, out in nature, in your home or place of choice. You can sit alone, with a loved one or in a group setting.
