A little about me:

Hi there! My name is Emily and I love exploring a range of healing practices, such as Yoga, Cha Dao (The Way Of Tea / Tea Ceremonies), sisters circles and healing through sound and meditation. All of these are my tools to heal, grow, nourish and balance. They are a way for me to connect, not only to myself but also with like-minded souls. I choose to practice Vinyasa Yoga, which means to flow. This technique has allowed me to flow through life a little lighter, a little brighter, a little more graceful and in a way that continuously inspires me to become the person that I was born to be. I aim to focus on strength & mobility through my teaching to ensure students move in safe, supported, functional ways both on & off their Yoga mats.

Tea Ceremonies have become a part of my daily life. It is my anchor in life’s busyness & I am passionate about sharing this with my local community, as I believe we are all needing more space for silence & stillness. And I also love offering some time at the end of each ceremony for open discussion & community connection.

I am a wife, a mother, a wellness warrior & a lover of life, committed to making every day magical. Oh, & a mother to a beautiful fur baby Polly who will happily greet you at the gate with lots of slobbery kisses & expectations of lots of cuddles.

So join me from our beautiful sanctuary to explore this movement and connection and watch as your life unfolds in magical ways.
