HERE IS A SAMPLE OF WHAT I CAN OFFER. PLEASE LOOK AT THE “EVENTS & BOOKINGS” PAGE FOR UPCOMING DATES.

Vinyasa Yoga

Get your flow on with these Vinyasa styled classes. Vinyasa translates as ‘breath-synchronised movement’ or to ‘flow’. It is a style that combines the breath with fluid movements to reveal body awareness and inner strength.  It is a creative and energising practice that aims to improve your mobility, strength, circulation and mind-body connection. Pregnant women welcome only if they are familiar & experienced with Vinyasa.

Restorative YOGA

This class is a beautiful gentle, Restorative class that is designed to truly relax and replenish. This a great tool to balance our hectic lifestyles and stronger exercise practices and is great for everyone, but in particular those who are needing a little more nourishment right now or who want a gentler Yoga practice. This class begins with gentle, flowing movement to ease the body open, before settling into longer-held, supported postures using props — allowing the body to soften, unwind, and deeply restore.

Tea Ceremony

Cha Dao, or The Way of Tea, is an ancient practice. It offers us the space to remember our connection to nature, find simplicity & explore a moving meditation through the sharing of tea. This is a silent practice that allows us to connect to this plant teacher which serves as a medicine for the mind, body & soul.

Sound Bath

Lay back & enjoy the sounds & vibrations of crystal bowls. Sound baths utilise crystal bowls at different frequencies that vibrate in your body to help calm the mind and body; relieving any stress and anxiety.

If you struggle with meditation, the sound bath will aid you in bringing your focus away from your thoughts, allowing you to guide your mind and body into a meditative and restorative state of deep relaxation.

Yoga Nidra

An ancient yogic practice, Yoga Nidra or "Yogic Sleep" and is a sleep like state of deep relaxation. It is designed to reduce tension and anxiety and it brings with it a incredible sense of calmness, quietness and clarity. A systematic method producing deep relaxation into the subconscious mind, Yoga Nidra releases tension on three levels; muscular, emotional and mental. Moving away from outer experiences, through breath work and imagery, you consciously turn inward, cultivating your own inner knowing, culminating in a renewed sense of harmony and wellness. All students are encouraged to explore this powerful practice.

Women’s Circles

Each month we will gather on a full moon (or new moon, depending when the full moon falls). The idea of these events is that we connect with our soul sisters and inspire one another on our wellness journeys with the goal to become the best possible version of ourselves, thanks to the uplifting energy and support of women who are on the same path. If you’re able to, we ask you bring something along to share. It could be a delicious and nutritious snack, a drink, something you have made for the other goddesses such as a flower crown,a print of your favourite quote or poem, or even flowers or herbs you have picked from your garden, a self development book you’re happy to pass on... anything really! The idea is something that doesn’t cost you money. If you would like to join Emily as a co-host for one of these monthly events please contact her. You may be within the wellness industry, have a creative skill you'd like to teach & share or even an inspirational story to share.

new mother circles

A gentle invitation for new mothers to gather, connect, and be held in community — with your babies in arms.

These circles offer a nurturing space to pause, exhale, and share the journey of early motherhood alongside others who understand. You’re welcome to come along with your existing mothers group, or join with local mums and form new connections within the circle.

Each session is unique, weaving together elements of gentle yoga, meditation, rest, ritual, tea ceremony, and open sharing. There is space for conversation, reflection, and simply being — without expectation or pressure.

Babies are always welcome. Feeding, settling, and movement are all held within the space, creating an environment where both mother and baby are included, just as they are.

This is more than a class — it is a space for connection, support, and community during a deeply transformative season of life.
