​During this special event Emily will facilitate a Tea Ceremony. Cha Dao, or The Way Of Tea, is an ancient practice. It offers us the space to remember our connection to nature, find simplicity & presence, whilst exploring a moving meditation through the sharing of tea. This is a silent practice that allows us to connect to this plant teacher which serves as a medicine for the mind, body & soul. No experience necessary. ​The talented Sherif will Sherif will guide you into a deeper state of relaxation with a Live Sound Journey. A Sound Journey or Sound Bath is an inner exploration guided by a range of different instruments, frequencies & vibrations that each resonate with different parts of the physical & energetic body.
