What you need to know before coming to a class…
 
• BYO water bottle, preferably a re-useable bottle. Please consider the environment.
• Please wear layered comfortable clothing.
• Minimum age requirement is 16 years, unless stated otherwise. Younger children are welcome if accompanied by an adult, just please discuss this with Emily prior.
• First time students must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of their first class to register.
• Classes begin on time, so arrive before the start time. Late entry disrupts the class so please try be on time. 
• Plan on staying the entire time. Leaving the room should be strictly limited to emergencies.
• Please come to class with a clean body and feet.
• Please remove your shoes at the door.
• The teacher is there to help you. You are expected to share any concerns, injuries or relevant medical information with your teacher, who has an ethical obligation to help you.
• Sweating is a natural, healthy function and a sign that you are working hard. Please bring a towel if you are prone to sweating.
• In consideration of other students, please avoid wearing perfumes or strong deodorants to class.
• Mobile phones must be switched to silent and off vibrate.
• Feel free to speak to a teacher during class, but please no social conversations during class as it robs students of their sacred time and space.
• Treat others exactly the way you want to be treated.
• Please note – as we have limited spaces available in each class, we recommend and prefer that you book online to avoid disappointment. If the class is full priority is given to those who have booked online. All cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class and your account will be credited. Any late cancellations (cancellations made within the 2-hour window) and no shows may be charged. (ONLINE BOOKINGS ARE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE).
